01Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, secure, and improve Foodle. This includes data you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use our services, and data from third parties.

1.1 Information You Provide

Examples: name, email address, phone number, business name, account credentials, messages you send (support, demo requests), and business details such as restaurant name and menu items.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Examples: usage data (pages viewed, features used), device information (IP address, browser type, operating system), and performance or error reports.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive data from payment processors, integrations you connect (POS, delivery services), analytics providers, or advertising partners.

1.4 Google Drive Integration

Foodle+ offers a Google Drive integration that allows hotels to securely store guest and visitor ID documents in their own Google Drive during the check-in process.

What We Access

  • Only files and folders created by Foodle+ through the Google Drive integration.
  • We do not access the hotel's entire Google Drive or unrelated files.

Why We Use It

  • To allow hotel staff to upload and store guest ID documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, and driving licence.
  • To help hotels keep visitor documents organized in their own Google Drive.

Information Involved

  • Guest and visitor ID documents.
  • Guest phone number, which may help identify repeat guests.
  • Authorization information required to keep the Google Drive connection active.

Who Can Access It

  • Documents remain in the hotel's own Google Drive.
  • Access is limited to authorized hotel staff and enabled branches.
  • Foodle+ does not sell guest document data or use Google Drive data for advertising.

Storage & Deletion

  • The hotel owns and controls the files stored in its Google Drive.
  • Hotel staff can delete documents through Foodle+, where supported.
  • Deleted documents follow Google Drive's trash and deletion process.
  • Hotels can disconnect their Google Drive from Foodle+ at any time.

Security

  • We use HTTPS to protect data transferred between Foodle+ and connected services.
  • Authorization information used for the Google Drive connection is protected.
  • Access is limited to enabled hotel branches and files created through the integration.

Third-Party Services

Google Drive is used as a third-party storage service for guest and visitor documents. Hotels remain in control of files stored in their connected Drive.
